A special session to modify the state budget’s revenue plan will be held in the coming weeks, WBAL-TV 11 News reports Wednesday afternoon. The dates are set for May 14 and 15, and leaders of the House and Senate plan to meet Thursday to form the framework lawmakers will consider.
