Ira S Wolfe is president of Success Performance Solutions(SPS), a pre-employment and leadership testing firm he founded in 1996. Ira is a recognized thought leader in the talent management industry and an expert in pre-employment personality tests, workforce trends, and social media.

Ira is a prolific author, columnist, speaker, and business blogger with over 1,500 published articles in print and on the web. Ira is the author of several books, the most recent is Geeks, Geezers, and Googlization: How to Manage the Unprecedented Convergence of the Wired, the Tired, and Technology in the Workplace. His other books include The Perfect Labor Storm 2.0, The Perfect Labor Storm Fact Book, and Understanding Business Values and Motivators. He also has been columnist for Business2Business Magazine for the past 10 years and blogger for Perfect Labor Storm blog, Human Resources Trends Blog, Toolbox for HR, and Focus.

On the subject of social media and Internet marketing, Ira speaks from personal experience and success. For over a decade, he has promoted his business almost exclusively with his website and more recently social media.
